10870 -St. Rose of Lima

Council 10870
was founded in 1993 at St. Rose of Lima Church. The regular business
meeting is the first Tuesday of each month, and the officers meet
on the
last Tuesday of each month. Members are welcome at the officer’s meeting if
attendance at the regular meeting is impossible due to work, family, or
other commitments. The council is active in the parish and members gave
over 5000 hours of volunteer time to assisting in parish projects.

Knights bought a replacement refrigerator for the school and removal of other old refrigerators around the Parish and school in Thomasville.
- Winter Olympic Games Huge Success – events 2 Bowling Center in York, and events at the York Ice Rink
- Lenten Seafood Dinners is upon us and the Brother Knights are cooking in the kitchen.
- Coats for Kids
- Huge success we actually had to buy more coats at BJ's to satisfy the demand.
- Tuesday's monthly Council meeting (Always 1st Tuesday)
- we had March Madness HOT Fest. Big turnout.
